Last updated 11 months ago

Position of translated fields in the request

Translated fields are displayed as part of the request type form at the bottom of the form. Unfortunately, this behavior can't be changed due to limitations of the JSM platform.

Field alternative name and description on portal

We plan to add support for a field alternative name and description, including their translations, in future releases. If you feel that this is a must-have feature, please .

Customer locale detected by browser

The locale for a customer (a user without a Jira account) matches the language preference set in their browser, which may differ from the locale in their profile settings. Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way for the app to retrieve the locale from the customer's profile settings.
