The purpose of the rule is to change the visibility of a field added to the issue screen. It allows you to create multi-level selection fields or design an issue submission form in such a way that subsequent fields appear dynamically based on the context.
The field must be added to the screen.
Global Issue Create: When creating an issue, values filled in a field will be retained even after the field has been hidden.
Case 1. Create a multi-level selection from two different custom fields.
Display Select Level 2 when the 'More' option is selected in Select Level 1.
